The Wonderful Baker Family!

I am so happy to have had the chance to photograph such a wonderful, loving family this evening.

Through wind and the chilly temperatures down by the water, the children all did such a wonderful job holding their big smiles and jumping into poses.  Kim and Scott were great at coming up with fun poses and different ideas and the children were all ready to try them!

So much love, happiness, and patience is throughout The Baker Family; it was such a joy to be able to be just a small part of their day.

All Aboard Trolley & Limousine Co., their great crew, Trackside Station, and a beautiful night, was the perfect setting for Sex and the City fans to have their red carpet time!

Jim and the crew did an awesome job at making the ladies feel like they should have been the ones up on the big screen.  Awesome limos, red carpet, great food from Trackside, and Cosmos.. what more could you ask for?!

My Beautiful Danielley

I usually do pretty well with coming up with blogs and how I felt during the shoot and how I saw my clients all interacting with each other, but, tonight, I am having a little bit of a hard time coming up with exactly what I want to say.

This is because this blog is about one of the most important people in my life - my beautiful, strong, smart, oh so funny, very witty, sometimes clumsy (hehe), but, always amazing niece; Danielle.  It is not I do not have anything to say, it's I have everything to say.  Going all the way back to when she was a little baby, up until now, having a baby of her own, words just can not start to express the love, happiness, and excitement I have.

Danielle is going to be an amazing mother, friend, and teacher, and I can not wait to welcome her beautiful daughter Jaya into our family.

My little Danielley-o, I love you, and wish you all of the happiness, love, and good fortune in the world.  I can't wait to watch you raise your own family!

Birthday Boy!

Oh My Cuteness!!

Baby William is just one of the cutest little buggers I have ever seen! I first met Baby William at the bake sale for The Make A Wish Foundation, and loved the picture that I captured of him and the Easter Bunny, so, I was so excited when his mom asked me to take some shots for his first birthday coming up!

My hubby stepped in with some elephant noises, mommy & daddy brought out the pinwheel, and we were good to go! Look at this face! TOO CUTE!

Thank you so much Will, Melissa, & Baby William for asking me to take such special pictures of your little man, I hope you like your sneak peeks! We can't wait to see you at his party!!

Meet Mr. & Mrs. Smith... and Their Amazing Family

Josh and I have been looking forward to this day for sooo long!! I first met Amanda and Rob for their engagement shoot right around September. They were the funniest couple I had ever photographed; we instantly clicked. We shortly after set up a family session where I could meet their three little munckins and take some cute family photos. Alyssa and Matthew (their two amazing older children) were ready to roll, smiles on and all!! Well, Reese; their 2 year old little boy had different plans!! We managed to squeeze out a few great shots (with a lot of coaxing and bribing) and from then on, always laughed about how we needed to find a way to reel Reese in for the wedding shots!

Well, today, Reese turned into a picture taking superstar! He was the cutest little thing I have ever seen and was ready for me to take his picture! CHEESSSSSSEEEEE!! We got out of Reese all day long - so cute.

Reese being the perfect little picture taker, the beautiful sunny 70 degree weather smiling down on Amanda and Rob and all of their friends and family, and the loving and supportive family that surrounded them just made this a perfect day.

Thank you so much to Amanda, Rob, Alyssa, Matthew, Resse, and all of your family, you are all so wonderful and we have had so much fun seeing your families finally becoming one.

Now, we only have one last question.......... Amanda - Are You Ready? Rob - Are You Ready?

Then, Let's Get It ON!! We will be over soon for the first fight night on the new big screen! :)

Thank goodness Josh got the pictures he did of Amanda and her Step-Dad Dante; because I was crying so hard I could barely see through my camera!! Dante and his family (Amanda's mom and their two sons) flew all the way from Germany for this special day. You could see the love and pride he had in his eyes as he walked his daughter down the isle, talked to all of his family, and of course.... the complete tear jerker; sang Butterfly Kisses to his little girl as they joined for their father ~ daughter dance. Beautiful! Then of course, the daddy ~ daughter dance with Rob and Alyssa was so adorable as well. Alyssa just beamed as she looked up at Rob; always having a smile on her face, looking like she was waiting for another amazing story to start as Rob would talk. Such a precious moment.
